NOVELTY - The electrode has a transparent electrode body provided with a flexible transparent substrate. The flexible transparent substrate is formed with a graphene containing layer and a conductive macro-molecule layer. The graphene containing layer is contained hetero atom or molecule. The conductive macro-molecule layer is made of polythiophene, poly pyrrole, poly acetylene, poly thiophenepolystyrene sulfonate, polyacetylene and polyaniline materials. The flexible transparent substrate is made of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, polycarbonate, PVC, quartz and polyethylene materials. USE - Transparent graphene composite material electrode for a touch screen, a solar cell, an organic LED, a LCD screen, a thin film transistor and a flexible electronic product or wearable electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The electrode is flexible to use, and has better electricity conductivity, and improves photoelectric effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a transparent graphene composite material electrode preparing method.
