▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has an array of quantum dots (104-1-104-N) formed on a substrate (102). Each quantum dot is comprised of at least one graphene stack, and separated from adjacent quantum dot by a first average spatial separation resulting in first periodicity in lateral spacing along first dimension. Each row of quantum dots is separated from adjacent row by a second average spatial separation resulting in second periodicity in lateral spacing along second dimension. The array exhibits a set of characteristic electromagnetic interference properties in response to electromagnetic radiation. USE - Integrated graphene-based structure for electronic device used in optical, mechanical and electromechanical systems. ADVANTAGE - The plasmonic properties and electromagnetic resonance properties of electronic device are improved through enhanced optical, electrical and mechanical properties of graphene-based structure, while enhancing plasmonic interactions between electromagnetic radiation and graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the cross sectional view of the graphene device topography. Substrate (102) Quantum dots (104-1-104-N)
