DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing comprising (i) mixing the graphene and nano zinc oxide material in a weight ratio 0.0001-1 to obtain mixed powder, (ii) adding the mixed powder into the solvent to obtain the suspension of mixed powder, (iii) subjecting the obtain the suspension of mixed powder to ultrasonic treatment for 10 seconds to 30 minutes, and (iv) centrifuging and drying the processed solution to obtain final product.
