▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electron-emitting element comprises an electronic acceleration layer which consists of insulating films (2), an electrode, and a coating membrane (10) which are provided with a laminated structure laminated in order. USE - Electron-emitting element e.g. cold cathode-type electron source and hot cathode type electron source used for planar display apparatus, illumination, hydrogen-producing apparatus and electron microscope. ADVANTAGE - The electron-emitting element has excellent electron emission efficiency, and is operated stably.
