NOVELTY - Preparing polyetheretherketone flexible sensing array, comprises (i) adding 5-10 g (3aR, 8aS, 8bS) -1 3- dibenzyl - -2 hydrogen --- oxo-imidazo (4, 5 - - c) thieno (1, 2-a) sulfonium chloride salt (sic), 5-10 g (3S,7aR)-3-phenyl-6-benzyl-7-hydroxy-imidazo(1,5-c)thiazole-5(1H,3H,6H)-one, 10-20 g polyvinyl alcohol having a weight average molecular weight of 77000, 10-20 g polyvinylidene fluoride having a weight average molecular weight of 21000, 10-20 g polychlorotrifluoroethylene having a weight average molecular weight of 16000, 10-20 g carbon nanotubes and 10-20 g graphene into 300-500 ml tetrahydrofuran, heating at 100-150 degrees C in an high pressure kettle, and cooling to obtain sensing ink, and (ii) screen printing the array pattern of sensor ink on the surface of polyetheretherketone fabric having a basis weight of 110 g/m2, and then placing in a hot stamping machine and drying at 100-150 degrees C to obtain final product. USE - The sensing array is useful as a gasket sandwiched between inner and outer rings of the aerospace joint bearing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyetheretherketone flexible sensing array, comprises (i) adding 5-10 g (3aR, 8aS, 8bS) -1 3- dibenzyl - -2 hydrogen --- oxo-imidazo (4, 5 - - c) thieno (1, 2-a) sulfonium chloride salt (sic), 5-10 g (3S,7aR)-3-phenyl-6-benzyl-7-hydroxy-imidazo(1,5-c)thiazole-5(1H,3H,6H)-one, 10-20 g polyvinyl alcohol having a weight average molecular weight of 77000, 10-20 g polyvinylidene fluoride having a weight average molecular weight of 21000, 10-20 g polychlorotrifluoroethylene having a weight average molecular weight of 16000, 10-20 g carbon nanotubes and 10-20 g graphene into 300-500 ml tetrahydrofuran, heating at 100-150 degrees C in an high pressure kettle, and cooling to obtain sensing ink, and (ii) screen printing the array pattern of sensor ink on the surface of polyetheretherketone fabric having a basis weight of 110 g/m2, and then placing in a hot stamping machine and drying at 100-150 degrees C to obtain final product, where the array of sensing ink array patterns is 4x 4, the single pattern area is 0.5x 0.5 cm2, and the performance of the polyetheretherketone flexible sensing array having a stress-sense sensing sensitivity of 8.1-9.8, temperature sensing sensitivity of -1.83x 10-3 to 1.11x 10-3 K-1, and humidity sensing sensitivity of 991-1104%.
