NOVELTY - A graphene and synthetic resin hybrid composite fiber comprises a plant extract prepared by melt spinning a composition comprising 0.01-1 pt. wt. graphene and 0.01-1 pt. wt. plant extract with respect to 100 pts. wt. synthetic resin to exhibit electrical conductivity, tensile strength, antibacterial and deodorizing performance. USE - Graphene and synthetic resin hybrid composite fiber. Uses include but are not limited to transparent electrodes, flexible displays, composite reinforcement materials, filters, biosensors and integrated circuit packaging materials. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has excellent electrical conductivity, tensile strength, antibacterial and deodorizing performance. The lacquer has deep and calm luster, high antiseptic effect, excellent sterilization power, and does not cause mold even after a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the composite fiber, which involves putting graphene powder having an average atomic layer thickness of 10 layers in purified water so as to be 10 wt.% in purified water, placing in a ball mill together with zirconia beads having an average size of 10 mu m, operating the ball mill for 24 hours, filtering to prepare an aqueous solution of graphene, preparing a plant extract by adding 10 wt.% plant(s) selected from ginseng, green tea, serrata and lacquer to a mixed solution of ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 50:50, heating and extracting for 24 hours, filtrating, preparing a plant extract-containing graphene powder by drying the mixed solution of the prepared graphene aqueous solution and the prepared plant extract by spraying through a nozzle of a hot air dryer at 120 degrees C, mixing 0.02-2 pts. wt. prepared plant extract-containing graphene powder per 100 pts. wt. synthetic resin to prepare the spinning solution, and melt spinning.
