▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The armor has a boron carbide ceramic plate formed by thermally pressing boron carbide ceramic material. The pressing boron carbide ceramic material is mixed with boron carbide ceramic matrix and graphene. The graphene is dispersed in the boron carbide ceramic matrix. The boron carbide ceramic sheet is in hexagonal shaped and upwards convexly provided with an annular ceramic structure. Mass percentage of the graphene is 1 to 5 %. A titanium alloy is a titanium- aluminum- Vanadium-Iron alloy. USE - Boron-titanium alloy composite armor. ADVANTAGE - The armor is made by uniformly disperses the graphene in boron carbide powder for hot press sintering, so that bending strength is improved from about 350MPa to more than 500MP. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a boron-titanium alloy composite armor.
