▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene composite airgel modified polyethylene terephthalate material comprises 0.2-1 pts. wt. chitosan airgel graphene coated spirocyclic phosphate flame retardant graphene obtained by adding to the high-speed mixer and then the material is melt extrusion and granulation in the extruder at 260-280℃. USE - Used as graphene composite airgel modified polyethylene terephthalate material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves the thermal decomposition temperature, which is good for enhancing the thermal stability, and achieves the flame retardant effect of oxygen insulation and smoke suppression. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for synthesizing graphene composite airgel modified polyethylene terephthalate material comprising (i) dispersing aminated graphene into the ethanol, and adding spirocyclic phosphate triazole flame retardant, stirring and dissolving to form ethanol solution, (ii) dissolving chitosan into 1-2% acetic acid solution, dripping into the ethanol solution, adding aqueous solution of glutaraldehyde, stirring and reacting at 40-60℃ for 4-10 hours to form gelation, freeze drying the solution, grinding and crushing to obtain chitosan-graphene composite gas gel coated with spirocyclic phosphate triazole-flame retardant.
