NOVELTY - A graphene foam skeleton-reinforced copper matrix composite comprises reinforcement and a matrix material. The reinforcement skeleton comprises a foam substrate and reinforced graphene layer. The substrate is chosen from metal substrate, ceramic foam substrate, carbon foam substrate and copper or its alloy substrate. USE - Graphene foam skeleton-reinforced copper matrix composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene foam skeleton-reinforced copper matrix has excellent thermal and electrical properties, and high mechanical strength.
