NOVELTY - Polypropylene composite material comprises 95-105 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-80 pts. wt. hybrid filler, 0.5-5 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 0.2-1 pts. wt. toughening agent and 0.2-3 pts. wt. coupling agent. The hybrid filler includes modified graphene and modified wollastonite fiber. The modified graphene surface is positively charged. The surface of the modified wollastonite fibers is negatively charged. USE - Polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material has excellent thermal aging resistance, and the hybrid filler has larger specific surface area, cost-effective, is high in compatibility and binding property with a polypropylene resin matrix, and effectively avoids the phenomenon that the two raw materials are easy to generate surface agglomeration due to insufficient surface-active groups, and also composed of various geometric structures have high controllability of tensile and bending strength performances.
