▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flame retardant antibacterial and waterproof graphene-modified acrylate resin coating comprises intermediate product comprising walnut extract concentrated solution. The walnut extract concentrated solution is prepared by washing walnut peel with water, oven drying to 40-70 degrees C until weight is constant, crushing, sieving through 80-100 mesh sieve, adding water at mass ratio of 1:3, 5 wt.% allyltrimethylammonium chloride and2 wt.% methyl 4-methoxyacetoacetate, reflux-boiling to 80-100 degrees C, filtering, and vacuum concentrating to 60-70 degrees C until water content is 15-20%. USE - Flame retardant antibacterial and waterproof graphene-modified acrylate resin coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good antibacterial, flame retardance and waterproof functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating comprising preprocessing walnut extract concentrated solution; preprocessing core layer emulsion; and dropping core layer emulsion with second monomer and 9 g potassium persulfate solution dissolved in 11.2 g water for 30 minutes, stirring to 80 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling to 40 degrees C, adding 5 wt.% first adhesive, 0.25 g sodium 3-nitrobenzenesulfonate, 0.225 g fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.7 g graphene dispersion, 0.6 g octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane and 0.6 g ammonium polyphosphate, stirring for 60 minutes, heating to 70 degrees C for 1 hour, adjusting pH to 7-8. The second monomer comprises 8 g methyl methacrylate, 7 g hydroxyethyl acrylate, and 0.5 g styrene.
