NOVELTY - High-strength epoxy polymer modified cement mortar, comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 50-100 pts. wt. epoxy polymer, 10-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin modifier, 40-90 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 20-60 pts. wt. silica, 30-80 pts. wt. calcium sulfate, 30-70 parts of ultrafine sulfoaluminate cement, 1-6 pts. wt. silicone defoamer and 1-6 pts. wt. leveling agent. The component B comprises 50-120 pts. wt. mercapto-modified curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. modified m-xylylenediamine curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. accelerator and 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as high-strength epoxy polymer-modified cement mortar. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength epoxy polymer-modified cement mortar: has excellent compressive strength, flexural strength and adhesion strength; contains modified grapheme introduced into component B, which can greatly improve the adhesion between the cement mortar and the substrate, and improve the tensile strength and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength epoxy polymer-modified cement mortar, comprising (1) (1.1) taking epoxy polymer, epoxy resin modifier, silicone defoamer and leveling agent and mixing and stirring to obtain mixture 1; (1.2) taking the calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, calcium sulfate and ultrafine sulfoaluminate cement, uniformly stirring, and adding it to mixture 1 and continuously mixing and stirring to obtain component A; (2) taking sulfhydryl modified curing agent, modified m-xylylenediamine curing agent, accelerator and silane coupling agent, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain component B; (3) mixing component A and component B at mass ratio 2-4:1 to obtain final product.
