NOVELTY - The method comprises adding liquid crystal phase asphalt powder to toluene, stirring for 1-2 hours at 200-300 revolutions/minute, adding modified carbon fiber, continuously stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain suspension, placing suspension in filtering device for filtering to form carbon fiber film, placing carbon fiber film in filtering device, naturally drying at room temperature for 6-8 hours, adding modified graphene oxide solution, continuously vacuum filtering, placing product in oven, and completely drying at 60 degrees C to obtain complex film, placing complex film between two pieces of ceramic sheet, placing in quartz tube, raising temperature to 280 degrees C under protection of argon gas, keeping temperature for 30-40 minutes, continuously heating to 900 degrees C, keeping temperature for 2-3 hours at 4-6 degrees C/minute, continuously heating to 2300 degrees C, keeping temperature for 2-3 hours at 6-8 degrees C/minute, and obtaining high-performance carbon fiber graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-performance graphene carbon fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the bonding strength between modified graphene and modified carbon fiber, and improves the mechanical properties of the obtained high-performance carbon fiber graphene having good fluidity and viscosity.
