NOVELTY - Heat-dissipating silica gel comprises 20-60 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 5-35 pts. wt. modified graphene powder, 1-10 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes, 0.2-6 pts. wt. crosslinking catalyst, 2-30 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-40 pts. wt. solvent, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. adhesive. USE - Used as heat-dissipating silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipating silica gel: has thermal decomposition temperature T5% of 310-350degreesC, thermal conductivity of 2-2.5 W/(m.K), and viscosity of 16000-22000 cP, and excellent heat-dissipating effect; and can strengthens the thermal management of product and improves service life of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heat-dissipating silica gel comprising (i) dispersing the modified graphene powder in the solvent to obtain a first dispersion liquid; (ii) dispersing the modified carbon nanotubes in the solvent to obtain a second dispersion liquid; and (iii) first mixing the silicone rubber, the adhesive and the curing agent to obtain a first mixture; subjecting a first mixture, first dispersion liquid and the second dispersion liquid to second mixing to obtain a second mixture; mixing second mixture and the cross-linking catalyst for third time to obtain modified graphene heat-dissipating silica gel.
