NOVELTY - Preparing a lithium metal electrode with a protective layer involves mixing uniformly, the boric acid, fluorinated graphene according to proportion for ball milling, then heating with dimethyl silicone polymer dry mixing at 100-200 degrees C, then reducing the temperature to normal, adding an organic solvent to continuously mix, obtaining uniformly dispersed soaking slurry. The lithium metal electrode material is soaked in the soaking liquid, the first soaking liquid is used for removing impurities on the surface of the lithium foil. The lithium metal electrode material is soaked in the soaking slurry. The lithium metal electrode material is dried by infrared drying at a temperature of 40-60 degrees C. The lithium metal electrode material is heated and dried at a temperature of 60-100 degrees C, to form the lithium metal electrode material surface protective layer. USE - Method for preparing lithium metal electrode with protective layer. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a protective layer for the lithium metal electrode, inhibits the growth of lithium dendritic crystal, enhances the cycle life and safety performance.
