NOVELTY - A graphene-growing equipment has gas pipe (I) that is provided with a flow valve, a housing whose one end is provided with a door component, gas pipe (II), a heater, a handle arranged in upper portion of the door component, a temperature control button arranged in lower portion of left outer wall of the housing, a heater placed at the bottom portion of equipment internal cavity, supports arranged on heater, a heating plate arranged on the support and group (III) nitriding substrate placed on the heating plate. USE - Equipment for growing graphene on functional substrate. ADVANTAGE - The equipment provides graphene with improved electrical, thermal and optical properties.
