USE - Radio frequency identification device (RFID) composite conductive paste useful in preparing RIFD radio frequency circuit for RFID electronic tag (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The RFID electronic label obtained by using the conductive paste printing has excellent conductivity and high product performance parameter consistency. The conductive slurry has conductive component with high solid content, ideal dispersion degree and uniformity, and performance is balanced and stable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for preparing RFID composite conductive paste, the method includes oil special cross-linked resin, metal conductive agent, two-dimensional carbon-based material, organic solvent, quick drying agent, and leveling agent; and RFID electronic tag, comprising insulating substrate and RFID radio frequency circuit and control chip fixed on the surface of the insulating substrate, where the control chip is electrically connected with the RFID radio frequency circuit, where the RIFD radio frequency circuit is made by the RFID composite conductive paste
