▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A ceramic material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. talc, 5-7 pts. wt. aluminum titanate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. cordierite, 3-5 pts. wt. mullite, 5-8 pts. wt. corundum, 78-82 pts. wt. silicon carbide sand, 3-5 pts. wt. phenolic resin emulsion, 1-1.4 pt. wt. polyacrylic acid, 0.7-1.2 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol, 3-4 pts. wt. wear-resistant additive and predetermined amount of deionized water and ethylene glycol. USE - Ceramic material is used for high-speed steel and cast iron cutting tool. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic material has excellent hardness (by addition of graphene), self-lubricating property, cutting performance and surface smoothness, wear resistance and heat resistance (by addition of wear-resistant additive). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ceramic material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. talc, 5-7 pts. wt. aluminum titanate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. cordierite, 3-5 pts. wt. mullite, 5-8 pts. wt. corundum, 78-82 pts. wt. silicon carbide sand, 3-5 pts. wt. phenolic resin emulsion, 1-1.4 pt. wt. polyacrylic acid, 0.7-1.2 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol, 3-4 pts. wt. wear-resistant additive and predetermined amount of deionized water and ethylene glycol. The wear-resistant additive is prepared by adding 1-2 pts. wt. acrylate and 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol to 10-12 pts. wt. water, stirring, adding 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. calcium oxide, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 2-3 pts. wt. alumina, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. kaolin and 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, heating resultant mixture at 70-80 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. nano-graphite, 1-1.3 pt. wt. zirconium phosphate, 1-1.3 pts. wt. nano zirconia, 1-2 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide and 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. nano-carbon, stirring resultant mixture for 10-20 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 6-8 minutes, filtering resultant mixture, drying, crushing dried material to particle size of 40 mesh and calcining at 1380-1440 degrees C for 30-40 minutes in nitrogen atmosphere. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ceramic material.
