NOVELTY - A clenbuterol detecting method involves preparing surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrate of graphene oxide-loaded gold nanosol, purifying urine sample of the animal, adding purified liquid to the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrate, adding melamine standard solution, performing Raman spectral scan for collecting spectral data of a specified range and analyzing qualitative and quantitative of the clenbuterol in the test solution based on the collected spectral data. USE - Method for detecting clenbuterol in animal urine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting clenbuterol with enhanced stability and repeatability of the analysis and high sensitivity, in simple and rapid manner.
