▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heat insulation, flame retardant and fireproof coating material comprises 20-60% halogen-loaded epoxy resin and amine curing film-forming system, 15-40% flame retardant, 5-15% foaming expansion agent, 5-15% charring agent, 1-5% carbon-based reinforcing filler and 1-10% hollow microbeads. The halogen-loaded epoxy resin system comprises halogenated epoxy resin and chlorinated rubber, chlorinated alkyd resin, chlorinated polyester, polyvinylidene chloride and/or chlorinated paraffin. The coating is coated on the surface of the inner plate or the metal outer plate of the lithium battery pack shell. USE - The heat insulation, flame retardant and fireproof coating material is useful for lithium-ion battery pack shell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent heat insulation, heat preservation, flame retardant and fire resistance; improves the use safety of the lithium ion battery; can withstand vibration, impact, and temperature cycles without falling off and has better anti-cracking ability under the alternating dry and wet environment.
