▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphite is added to mixture of strong oxidizing acid and nitrate, and mixed uniformly. Then, potassium strong oxidizer is slowly added to the mixture, heated, stirred, water is added, heated, water and hydrogen peroxide are added and washed until pH is 4-5, to obtain oxidized graphite mother liquor. The oxidized graphite mother liquor is oscillated or blended, to form single-layer stripping. Further, oxidized graphene is reduced, polymer surfactant and hydrazine hydrate are added to oxidized graphene colloidal solution at 60-90 degrees C for 6-12 hours, to obtain graphene sol. USE - Preparation of graphene sol. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene sol with excellent controllability, stability and productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite is added to mixture of strong oxidizing acid and nitrate, and mixed uniformly. Then, potassium strong oxidizer is slowly added to the mixture while blending, heated to 35-40 degrees C, stirred for 4-12 hours, water is slowly added, the temperature of the system is increased to 60-80 degrees C, maintained the temperature for 30-60 minutes, water and hydrogen peroxide are added to the mixture, and all ions in the system are removed by washing until pH is 4-5, to obtain oxidized graphite mother liquor. The oxidized graphite mother liquor is placed on an oscillator at an oscillation speed of 100-200 Hz for 4-12 hours, or blended at a speed of 150-300 rpm for 4-12 hours, to form single-layer stripping. Further, the oxidized graphene is reduced, polymer surfactant (0.2-1 mass%) and hydrazine hydrate are added to the oxidized graphene colloidal solution, and maintained the solution at 60-90 degrees C for 6-12 hours, to obtain graphene sol. The mass ratio of the polymer surfactant with respect to oxidized graphene is more than 2:1. The mass ratio of hydrazine hydrate with respect to oxidized graphene is more than 1:1. The mass ratio of strong oxidizing acid, nitrate, potassium strong oxidizer, oxyful and graphite is 10-30:1-2:3-6:1-2:1.
