▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fiber assembly, comprises uniformly dispersing lyophilized graphene oxide in an aqueous solution by ultrasound to achieve the required viscosity of the fiber, injecting graphene oxide solution into coagulation liquid, forming the self-assembled graphene oxide fibers, rolling the fibers with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) rod fiber in the coagulation liquid, and drying at room temperature, and carrying out high-temperature reduction in vacuum environment to obtain the graphene fiber assembly. USE - The graphene fiber assembly is useful in super capacitor, aerospace, new energy and civil construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene fiber assembly, comprises: (a) pre-processing graphite powder using sulfuric acid/nitric acid mixed liquid, expanding at 500-2000 degrees C, adding an oxidizing agent at a certain lower temperature for a pre-oxidized graphite, maintaining the mixture in low ice bath condition, adding potassium permanganate/sulfuric acid solution, adding hydrogen peroxide solution after completion of the reaction to remove excess potassium permanganate, obtaining light yellow transparent solution, and freeze drying to obtain large layer giant graphene oxide (GGO) with oxidized groups; and (b) uniformly dispersing the lyophilized graphene oxide in an aqueous solution by ultrasound to achieve the required viscosity of the fiber, injecting graphene oxide solution into coagulation liquid, forming the self-assembled graphene oxide fibers, rolling the fibers with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) rod fiber in the coagulation liquid, and drying at room temperature, and carrying out high-temperature reduction in vacuum environment to obtain the graphene fiber assembly.
