NOVELTY - Spray-free polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) alloy material comprises 30-70 pts. wt. PMMA resin, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. weather-resistant auxiliary agent, 10-30 pts. wt. functional master batch. The functionalized masterbatch is composed of 5-15 pts. wt. acrylate copolymer, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. metallic toner. USE - Spray-free polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The spray-free polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) alloy material has good low VOC, low odor level and high environmental protection characteristics, improves heat resistance and scratch resistance and avoids use of conventional small molecule resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing spray-free polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) alloy material, which involves: (A) weighing PMMA resin, dispersant, and weathering aid, mixing well to obtain mixed raw materials, placing dried mixed raw materials in main feeding bin of twin-screw extruder that is closely meshing with co-rotation, and feeding into barrel of the extruder through feeding screw, placing functionalized masterbatch in the side feed bin of the extruder screw, and adding into barrel of the extruder through the feed screw, diameter of the screw extruder used is 36mm, and L/D ratio is 44, temperature of each section of the main barrel from the feeding port to the exit of head is set to 160 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 225 degrees C, 230 degrees C, 230 degrees C, main machine speed is 250 revolution per minute, and after melt extrusion; and (B) pelletizing, drying to obtain final product.
