NOVELTY - Long-acting antistatic floor coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises a matrix resin. The component B comprises 30-40 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. processing aid, 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water and 3-6 pts. wt. long-acting antistatic agent. The long-acting antistatic agent comprises hydroxyethyl ethylene bis-stearamide and aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether at a mass ratio of 0.1-0.5:6-8. USE - The long-acting antistatic floor coating is useful for industrial ground, commercial ground, garage ground, mechanical, electronic appliance, aerospace, traffic transportation and construction industry of thermosetting resin. ADVANTAGE - The long-acting antistatic floor coating: has uniform, stable and uniform antistatics performance, high strength, light weight, improved durability, wear resistance and excellent dispersibility; and preparation method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing long-acting antistatic floor coating, comprising (i) taking zirconium oxynitrate, adding it into the alcohol solution, stirring, mixing, adding the acid catalyst and the alkali catalyst into the mixed solution, stirring and mixing to prepare wet gel 1, mixing graphene dispersion slurry with ethylenediamine, carrying out oil bath reduction, collecting wet gel 2, mixing wet gel 1 and wet gel 2, homogenizing, collecting to obtain homogeneous gel, washing, drying and grinding to prepared gas-gel substrate; (ii) stirring and mixing hydroxyethyl ethylene bis-stearamide and fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether with gas-gel substrate to prepare long-acting antistatic agent; and (iii) mixing component A and component B and stirring at low speed first, and at high speed.
