NOVELTY - Cold spray zinc sealant, comprises a base material, curing agent for mixing, polyurethane foam material and hydrophobic material, where the base material includes 45-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 30-40 pts. wt. pigment, 4-8 pts. wt. active diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon-based polymerizer, 1-2 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 1-2 pts. wt. toughening agent, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, the curing agent comprises 80-90 pts. wt. modified polyamide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon-based polymerizer, the polyurethane foam material comprises 45-60 pts. wt. oligomer polyol, 25-35 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. chain extension crosslinking agent, 2-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, and 1-2 pts. wt. hole-opening agent. USE - Cold spray zinc sealant. ADVANTAGE - The sealant is environmentally-friendly, easy to construct, strong in adhesion, easy to repair during construction, resistant to seawater, and acid and alkali impregnation, and has improved hydrophobic and moisture-resistant properties, impact and friction resistance, and long-term, maintenance-free service life, and can be constructed on site structures on low tide water lines. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing cold spray zinc sealant, which involves mixing base material and the curing agent into mixed material, spraying mixture on the surface of the cold spray zinc coating to be sealed, after it is initially dried, spraying the polyurethane foam material, after the foaming is completed, and spraying the hydrophobic material.
