NOVELTY - A high-thermal-conductivity epoxy resin composite comprises 0.5-2 pts. wt. methanesulfonic-acid-silane-coupling-agent-modified graphene, 1-2.5 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 1.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-6 pts. wt. diluent, and 87.5-94.5 pts. wt. epoxy resin. USE - High-thermal-conductivity epoxy resin composite. ADVANTAGE - The composite can be prepared by a simple and economical method on an industrial scale, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite, which involves stirring epoxy resin, dispersant, and diluents for 30 minutes or more at 40-60 degrees C, adding modified graphene, stirring for 10 minutes or more at 45-60 degrees C, grinding, and dispersing.
