NOVELTY - Aqueous fluorocarbon coating comprises 25-35 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 8-16 pts. wt. hydrophilic graphene dispersion, 15-25 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylic resin, 0.5-1 pt. wt. lauryl alcohol ester, 5-8 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 5-8 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. environmentally-friendly aqueous anti-flash rust agent, 5-10 pts. wt. ultrafine wollastonite powder, 5-10 pts. wt. modified nano-calcium carbonate and 5-15 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - As aqueous fluorocarbon coating for communication tower. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous fluorocarbon coating has excellent water resistance, salt spray resistance, weather resistance, physical and mechanical properties, extends the life of the tower, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDNT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the aqueous fluorocarbon coating comprising (a) adding ultrafine wollastonite powder, modified nano calcium carbonate and deionized water to the reaction container and stirring well, (b) adding aqueous fluorocarbon resin, hydroxy acrylic resin, alkyd resin and aqueous polyurethane to the reaction container, adding 1/2 pt. wt. lauryl alcohol ester, stirring and heating at 70-90 degrees C, and reacting for 25-35 minutes, and (c) adding hydrophilic graphene dispersion, environmentally-friendly aqueous anti-flash rust agent, and remaining lauryl alcohol ester, stirring continuously for 30-45 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
