NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fiber reinforced nylon involves injecting high-concentration ordered graphene oxide into the coagulation bath solution through a needle to obtain graphene oxide fibers after coagulation for a certain period of time, adding graphene oxide to the ethanol solution of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging to separate the flocs and adding polyamines to dissolve them in the solvent and mixing thoroughly to obtain aminated graphene fibers, dissolving hexamethylene diamine and adipic acid in an aqueous solution, placing the salt solution obtained by the reaction in an autoclave, controlling the reaction temperature at 230-250 degrees C, and the reaction pressure at 1.5-3.5 megaPascal to obtain nylon prepolymer. The aminated graphene fiber is blended with the nylon prepolymer and then polycondensed. USE - Method for preparing graphene fiber reinforced nylon. ADVANTAGE - The method has the orientation of axial transmission, so as to quickly diffuse, enhances the interface between the phase fiber and the substrate transfer stress effect, generates crack at the weak position of the composite material and prevents the continuous growth of the crack.
