NOVELTY - A flexible strain sensor based on double-wire screw thread conductive yarn comprises core layer elastic yarn, middle layer conductive material and outer layer packaging material. The core layer elastic yarn is double-wire screw thread, and the middle layer conductive material comprises strain sensitive layer and electrodes fixed at two ends of the strain sensitive layer. The double-wire screw thread comprises supporting core yarn and double-wire screw thread structure, the material of the supporting core yarn is elastic fibre, the material of the double-wire screw thread structure is low-melting-point heat fuse with a melting point of 110℃ or less, and the double-wire screw thread structure is two spiral continuous convex structures formed on the surface of the supporting core yarn. The strain sensitive layer is carbon-based conductive material. USE - Flexible strain sensor used for real-time monitoring of human body movement condition, and used in wear-resistant electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and easy, and the prepared flexible sensor has a large strain working range, and is excellent in linearity, low in hysteresis and excellent in sensitivity. The rhythmic strain distribution makes yarn strain sensor generate multiscale crack in the stretching process, so as to keep excellent sensitivity, and can realize the wide linear strain range.
