NOVELTY - Bending-resistant composite mica paper tape comprises mica paper base tape and modified PMIA insulating paper formed on the surface of the mica paper base tape. The graphene film is also formed between the mica paper base tape and modified PMIA insulating paper. The graphene membrane is a copper-plated graphene membrane or nickel-plated graphene membrane. The surface is provided with hollow holes arranged in array. The graphene membrane is dipped on both sides to form the mica paper base tape and modified PMIA insulating paper into one body by hot pressing. The mica paper base tape includes 2-3 mica paper monolithic layers, and adjacent mica paper monolithic layers are filled with nanofibrillated cellulose. The modified PMIA insulating paper is made by using meta-aramid fiber as raw material, adding (3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane) for modification treatment. USE - Bending-resistant composite mica paper tape. ADVANTAGE - The bending-resistant composite mica paper tape has better surface strength and bending resistance, and integrates the functions of filling, reinforcement, heat conduction, and heat dissipation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bending-resistant composite mica paper tape comprises mica paper base tape and modified PMIA insulating paper formed on the surface of the mica paper base tape. The graphene film is also formed between the mica paper base tape and modified PMIA insulating paper. The graphene membrane is a copper-plated graphene membrane or nickel-plated graphene membrane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing bending-resistant composite mica paper tape, which involves: (A) selecting natural muscovite and natural phlogopite as raw materials, sequentially washing and drying to obtain dry mica flakes, calcining the above dry mica flakes and then cooling to room temperature in the furnace, and sending to the high-pressure hydraulic crusher and separated into mica flakes by hydraulic crushing, ashing, filtering and screening the crushed mica flakes, selecting mica flakes of suitable particle size to make pulp, using cylinder mica paper machine for papermaking, carrying out sizing process twice or three times during the papermaking process, carrying out sizing on double or triple round net sizing, spraying nanofibrillated cellulose on the surface of the corresponding mica paper single layer, dehydrating and drying mica paper obtained to obtain mica paper base tape, modifying qualified meta-aramid fiber by (3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane), washing with deionized water, and then mixing with aramid pulp in ratio of 3:2-2:1; (B) adding nano silicon dioxide powder and nano titanium dioxide powder into deionized water to disperse uniformly, then adding them to the above slurry and using ultrasonic dispersion equipment to assist to continue ultrasonic dispersion treatment, after treatment, using paper making equipment to shape to obtain modified PMIA insulating paper, adding ratio of nano silicon dioxide powder and nano titanium dioxide powder is 3:1-5:1, total amount added is 5-12% of the meta-aramid fiber; (C) subjecting graphene membrane with hollow holes to double-sided gluing treatment and placing on the surface of the mica paper base tape obtained; and (D) laying the modified PMIA insulating paper on the surface of the graphene film, and heat-pressing the surface of the modified PMIA insulating paper to obtain finished mica paper tape after shaping.
