NOVELTY - Preparing surface solid wood floor comprises (i) inspecting the size, shape and moisture content of the solid wood blank, and controlling the moisture content of the solid wood blank at 7-15%; (ii) controlling moisture balance and moisture content of the solid wood blank after moisture balance and control is controlled at 7-10%; (iii) utilizing epoxy resin or 502 glue and wood powder to repair and fill the cracks; (iv) sanding to determine thickness; (v) sorting the good side of the blank as the surface layer, and making a mark; (vi) opening the back groove; (vii) covering the surface layer with environmental protection adhesive, covering the environmental protection film, and maintain health; and (viii) milling, back paint, chamfering paint to ensure that the color of the chamfering paint is consistent with the color of the board, no color difference, the chamfering paint is aqueous-based paint using infrared drying; and sealing wax. USE - The method is useful for preparing surface solid wood floor. The profiled solid wood floor is useful in solid wood floor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and environmentally-friendly and is suitable for industrial production; has large actual production guidance meaning, improves quality of surface solid wood floor, designing new formaldehyde-free environment-friendly adhesive, no formaldehyde release in the floor manufacturing process with bacteriostatic effect.
