NOVELTY - Preparing graphene electrothermal film comprises (i) forming an insulating base-aluminum-graphene film layer on a composite aluminum-based graphene heating layer on the insulating substrate layer, (ii) preparing a conductive sheet-gu-doped nickel sulfide-conductive sheet, (iii) attaching the conductive sheets to both ends of the composite aluminum graphene heating layers, (iv) preparing composite nano silver sulfide/silver doped graphene sterilizing layer, and (v) compounding the composite nano-silver sulfide or silver doped graphene sterilization layer with the composite aluminum graphene heat-proof layer to obtain a finished product. USE - The method for preparing graphene electric heating film for drying and disinfecting device. ADVANTAGE - The method is rationally designed, so that the infrared heating performance of the graphene heating film, heat efficiency and sterilizing performance are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene electric heating film for drying and disinfecting device.
