▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing direct methanol fuel cell gas diffusion electrode based on graphene gas gel comprises (i) preparing a layer of hydrophobic layer on the electrode base layer, spraying an outer microporous layer containing carbon powder and polytetrafluoroethylene on the hydrophobic layer, drying and sintering at 300-400°C for 30-60 minutes, using a spray gun to spray the prepared 2-4 mg/ml inner microporous layer solution on the outer microporous layer to form a gas diffusion layer with a double microporous layer structure; and (ii) spraying electrode surface of the gas diffusion layer with a double microporous layer structure with a catalyst solution of 2-4 mg/ml using a spray gun, drying at 60-80°C, and obtaining the graphene gas gel diffusion electrode until the catalyst loading reaches 2 mg/cm2. USE - The diffusion electrode is useful in membrane electrode based on graphene gas gel double microporous layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The diffusion electrode optimizes the mass transfer, reduces the transmission resistance between the microporous layer and the catalytic layer, improves the utilization rate of the catalyst, effectively improves the performance of the battery and exhibits better battery performance than conventional electrodes. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The diagram shows flowchart of the method for preparing direct methanol fuel cell gas diffusion electrode based on graphene gas gel (Drawing includes non-English language text). 1Carbon paper 2Outer micro-porous layer 3Inner micro-porous layer 4Catalytic layer
