▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a conductive rubber by using supercritical fluid medium modified graphene as conductive filler comprises stripping the natural graphite into graphene by ultrasonic or stirring in a supercritical fluid, then pumping the silane coupling agent into the supercritical fluid, where the surface of the stripped graphene is modified by ultrasonic or stirring, and after venting, then modifying the silane coupling agent to modify the intrinsic grapheme, uniformly dispersing the modified graphene in the aqueous environment, combining the aqueous graphene dispersion with a natural rubber emulsion, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive rubber by using supercritical fluid medium modified graphene as conductive filler. ADVANTAGE - The method: peels off natural graphite by applying ultrasonic or agitation in supercritical fluid to obtain physically exfoliated grapheme; performs in-situ encapsulation modification of graphene in a supercritical fluid by using a silane coupling agent intrinsic graphene encapsulated by the silane coupling agent, which can be uniformly combined with rubber emulsion in aqueous environment, and obtains a highly conductive rubber masterbatch or article in which the conductive filler is uniformly dispersed.
