▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive paste comprises 30-40 wt.% silver-graphene composite, 30-48 wt.% organic resin, 5-10 wt.% cross-linking agent and 12-26 wt.% diluent. USE - Conductive paste for use in thin film solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paste has good temperature resistance, humidity resistance, and excellent printing performance, and can be prepared in cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing conductive paste, which involves preparing silver-graphite composite material by adding graphite-silver oxide at mass ratio of 1:20-50, adding organic solvent and deionized water at volume ratio of 1:1-3, ultrasonic dispersing for 20-40 minutes, maintaining the temperature of the mixture at 0-10 degrees C, adding graphite oxide with hydrazine hydrate at volume ratio of 1:100-200 g/ml dropwise, at dropping speed of 0.8-1.5mL/minutes, stirring the mixture at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, increasing the temperature to 60-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours, cooling at room temperature, followed by filtering, washing with deionized water, drying in vacuum to obtain silver-graphene composite, mixing silver-graphene composite material with carrier to obtain finished product.
