NOVELTY - The modulator comprises a back electrode, a diaphragm, an electrolyte and a graphene aerogel as a working electrode, which are connected with each other. The graphene aerogel has 500 micrometer-1000 micrometer thickness. An alkene airgel sheet is obtained by compressing 30%-80%. The graphene gel is used as the positive electrode, and metal is used as a negative electrode. The electrolyte is double-trifluoromethanesulfonimide salt ionic liquid, which includes one of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanimide and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis-trifluoromethylsulfonylimide.
