NOVELTY - Graphene nano adhesive comprises 20-30 wt.% modified polyurethane resin, 20-30 wt.% two-dimensional nano flake graphene, 20-30 wt.% polyurethane curing agent MDI, 1-5 wt.% defoamer, 1-5 wt.% hydrophobic fumed silica, and 15-25 wt.% graphene dispersant. USE - The adhesive is useful for surface coating of electronic products, household appliances, steel structures, ships, and warships. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has high bonding strength, salt spray resistance and good physical protection performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene nano adhesive comprising (1) preparing raw material, (2) adding the prepared modified polyurethane resin to the reactor, adding graphene dispersant and two-dimensional nano flake graphene, raising temperature to 50-55 degrees C, stirring, and cooling to 20-25 degrees C, and (3) adding hydrophobic meteorological silica to the reactor cooled to 20-25 degrees C, adding defoamer, and polyurethane curing agent MDI, stirring, mixing thoroughly to obtain the finished product, and (4) sub-packaging after testing the finished product.
