NOVELTY - The chip has a driving electrode for externally generating a voltage signal. The driving electrode and a sub-sensing electrode are connected with a perovskite material layer contact. The sub-sensing electrode generates a first sensing signal according to the voltage signal on the driving electrode. The perovskite material layer receives a light signal. The sub-sensing electrode generates second sensing signal according to the first sensing signal and the light signal and transmits the second sensing signal to a sub-amplifying circuit. The driving electrode is formed as a transparent driving electrode. USE - Perovskite based image sensor chip. ADVANTAGE - The chip is inexpensive, and has high sensitivity and high signal-to-noise ratio.
