▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible temperature sensor involves mixing a graphene sample with a dispersant, obtaining a graphene solution, subjecting the graphene solution to graphene dispersion treatment, obtaining a graphene dispersion, adding a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) matrix to the graphene dispersion, obtaining graphene-PDMS composite dispersion solution, removing the dispersant from the dispersion solution, obtaining a graphene-PDMS composite solution, adding a PDMS curing agent to the composite solution, obtaining a graphene-PDMS curing solution, injecting obtained solution into a mold and curing by heating. USE - Preparation of flexible temperature sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Before graphene is incorporated into PDMS, it is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion treatment to reduce Van der Waals force between graphene particles, and electrostatic repulsion between the particle surfaces is increased to increase the distance between the graphene sheets, thus reducing the agglomeration effect. The flexible temperature sensor efficiently and rapidly senses the ambient temperature change with excellent sensitivity.
