NOVELTY - Preparing graphene slurry involves weighting percentage of raw materials and sum of the components (100.0%) containing 1-10 wt.% graphene, 2-8 wt.% dispersant, 1-10 wt.% anti-settling agents, 5-40 wt.% N-methylpyrrolidone, 5-50 wt.% xylene, 0-20 wt.% cyclohexanone and 0-10 wt.% butanol. The preparation method comprises adding a formula amount of solvent to the container, and placing it under high-speed stirring, and then in in a suitable ultrasonic oscillator for ultrasonic vibration. The sequentially adding a formula amount of dispersant and graphene mixing and subjecting under stirring condition by adding anti-proof, and sinker continues to agitate to produce a graphene slurry. USE - Method for preparing graphene slurry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene slurry, which has excellent cathode protection, good anti-corrosion performance, partially replace traditional phosphating and oxidation process.
