▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-based alloy billet comprises 80-97 wt.% copper, 1-1.5 wt.% graphene, 2-20 wt.% niobium, and is prepared by using solid-liquid two-phase solidification combined with semi-solid casting technology. The pure tantalum powder and graphene powder are added to the alloy melt for forming a solid solution through the rapid solidification process. The process produces a microstructure-reduced nano-scale copper-based alloy. USE - Copper-based alloy billet. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based alloy billet has extremely high tensile strength.
