NOVELTY - A graphene-silicone rubber composite material is obtained by mixing raw materials containing 100 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone crude rubber, 38-42 pts. wt. white carbon black, 10-15 pts. wt. hexamethyldisilazane, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.7-1 pt. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane and 2.5-3 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, hot-pressing and vulcanization-molding. USE - Graphene-silicone rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-silicone rubber composite material is efficiently prepared with improved thermal oxidative stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-silicone rubber composite material, which involves mixing methyl vinyl silicone rubber to twin-roll mill at 30-50 degrees C for 1-10 minutes, obtaining methyl vinyl silicone rubber adhesive, adding white carbon black, hexamethyldisilazane and vinyl silicone oil, uniformly mixing for 10-15 minutes, adding graphene, uniformly mixing for 5-10 minutes, adding 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, kneading and rolling for 10-15 minutes, uniformly mixing rubber to the mold, vulcanization-molding at 160-220 degrees C for 5-15 minutes under pressure of 5-12 MPa, cooling, obtaining cured film, placing obtained film at 190-220 degrees C for 3-5 hours and naturally cooling to 20-25 degrees C.
