NOVELTY - Method for preparing a three-dimensional carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material involves mixing chopped carbon fiber and thermoplastic resin-based fiber evenly, and obtaining self-made carbon fiber felt through needle punching molding, and mixing the obtained carbon fiber felt with non-woven fabric to obtain a three-dimensional structure carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material, where the chopped carbon fiber and the thermoplastic resin-based fiber are uniformly mixed through a suspension, and the suspension comprises a modifying agent, nanoparticles and a nonionic surfactant. USE - The method is used for preparing a three-dimensional carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material (claimed) used in automobile industry and building industry. Can also be used in building decoration material. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional structure carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite material has good interlayer strength, impact resistance, not easy to occur layered damage, antistatic property, good interface compatibility, and good application prospect.
