NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-silicon composite electrode material involves dispersing silicon particles in ethanol and aqueous solution and then mixing, adding aqueous ammonia and tetraethoxysilane to the mixture and then reacting, dispersing the mixture in toluene solution, adding modifier, ethanol solution, graphene oxide and ethanol solvent including n-hexane to the mixture and then centrifuging, dispersing the mixture in aqueous solution, adding reducing agent and hydrofluoric acid solution to the mixture and then washing and centrifuging. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene-silicon composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-silicon composite electrode material with high efficiency and excellent conductivity and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-silicon composite electrode material prepared by the method.
