▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide grafted phosphorus maleic acid flame retardant additives comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber-plastic composite elastomer, 55-90 pts. wt. composite inorganic filler, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide composite flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. Y - aminopropyl triethoxysilane or Y glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane and 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate. USE - Used as graphene oxide grafted phosphorus maleic acid flame retardant additives. ADVANTAGE - The additive has good processing effect, high toughness, good flame retardant effect, high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide grafted phosphorus-containing maleic acid flame retardant additives comprising (1) mixing 30 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and 5-10 pts. wt. polylactic acid, and drying in an oven at 80 degrees C for 4 hours, (2) mixing the above mixed materials with the remaining 70 pts. wt. rubber and plastic materials and 5-10 pts. wt. activated fly ash, 1-2 pts. wt. Y-aminopropyltriethoxysilane or Y-glycidyl ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane was added dropwise within 2 minutes with a plastic dropper while stirring, (3) adding 50-80 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide composite flame retardant and 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate and mixing for 5 minutes in a high-speed mixer and (4) extruding the mixed composite material in a twin-screw extruder at 160-185 degrees C, rotation speed is 30-60 revolutions per minute and the pellet is cooled by water cooling.
