▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene composite material preparing method involves mixing graphite powder and sodium with concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate and stirring to obtain a mixed solution of green and purple, maintaining moderate agitation, adding distilled water and incubating to obtain a dark brown mixed solution, adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide to obtain a bright yellow mixed solution, centrifuging, and freeze-drying obtain a graphene oxide nanosheet, adding titanium dioxide powder and sodium hydroxide in deionized water, stirring, hydrothermally reacting and washing with deionized water to neutrality to obtain titanium dioxide nanowires, weighing prepared graphene oxide into a mixed solution of deionized water and ethanol and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, adding titanium dioxide nanowires to the graphene oxide dispersion and hydrothermally reacting at 120 degrees C for 24 hours. USE - Method for preparing titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene composite material used as electrode material in supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene composite material is simple, with high efficiency and performance.
