▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing one-dimensional single crystal germanium-based graphene plasmon nanostructure comprises (a) sputtering gold nano-film on the substrate by using magnetron sputtering method, (b) growing and doping germanium single crystal nanowire on the substrate obtained in the step (a) by chemical vapor deposition method, and (c) directly growing the high crystallinity graphene shell layer on the surface of the germanium doped single crystal nanowire obtained in the step (b) by chemical vapor deposition method. USE - The plasmon nanostructure is used in the fields of molecular fingerprint detection, mid-infrared sensing, photonic chips and so on. ADVANTAGE - The plasmon nanostructure is used in the fields of molecular fingerprint detection, mid-infrared sensing, photonic chips and so on. The material has a strong and adjustable surface plasmon effect.
