▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/hydroxyapatite nano-composite material comprises (i) synthesizing quasi-spherical polymer-based nano hydroxyapatite by hydrothermal using natural polysaccharide as template agent, and (ii) heat treating the polymer-based nano hydroxyapatite at 350-700 degrees C to obtain the product. USE - The composite material is useful as medicinal carrier. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent sustained release effect on insulin and high bioavailability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for insulin composition comprising insulin as active ingredient and graphene/nanohydroxyapatite composite material as carrier.
