NOVELTY - A carbon paper comprises three-dimensional crosslinked fiber film prepared by multiple carbon fibers having large hole between fibers, and connecting multiple micropores in surface and inner layer of single carbon fiber with large hole. USE - Carbon paper for gas diffusion layer of fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material solves the problem of low porosity and poor hydrophobic property of existing material, has excellent air permeability and drainage performance, and improves battery performance in high current density area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon paper.
