NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-containing antibacterial reinforced and toughened nylon toothbrush filament involves mixing graphene powder, the abrasive, the long-lasting antibacterial agent and the coupling agent are dispersing by ultrasound to form a graphene composite antibacterial masterbatch. The graphene composite antibacterial masterbatch and the nylon pellets are placed in an injection molding machine to form a brush filament, and the brush filament is plasma etched and chemically etched to obtain the desired product.
